WHERE IS THE STUDIO LOCATED?

We are located in the heart of downtown Saint Louis on Washington Ave. You can find the studio in the residential/commercial loft building of ArtLoft (1531 Washington Ave, Saint Louis, MO 63103)
YOU'RE IN A RESIDENTIAL BUILDING? WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

Yes, we are located in a residential/commercial building. There are lofts throughout the building that have small business (just like us 🙂) inside them. Please be courteous to the residents who are in the building as you come and go!
WHERE CAN I PARK?

There is free street parking Monday-Friday after 7:00 PM and free parking all day on Sunday! There are also paid parking lots that surround the building we are located in. If you are booking the studio, there is a private lot that can be used as well.
IS THE STUDIO WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, the studio is accessible by wheelchair. There are two elevators located within the building, with ramps outside to reach the sidewalk to the main door.
ARE FOOD AND DRINKS ALLOWED?

Yes, food and drinks are allowed. We do have a kitchen, that is available for use during your rental period.
CAN I SMOKE OR VAPE INSIDE THE STUDIO?

No, there is absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed inside the studio. If anyone within your rental party is smoking or vaping, an additional fee will be added to your rental and you may not be able to rent the studio in the future.
