We’re located in a residential/commercial loft building, so you may see both businesses and residents throughout the space. Please be mindful and courteous as you come and go so everyone can enjoy the building comfortably.

You have a few parking options near the studio. Street parking is free Monday through Friday after 7:00 PM and free all day Sunday. Paid lots are also available around the building, and booked studio rentals can use the private lot as well.

Yes, the studio is accessible by wheelchair. There are two elevators located within the building, with ramps outside to reach the sidewalk to the main door.

Yes, you can bring food and drinks into the studio. You’ll also have access to the kitchen during your rental period, which makes it easy to set up, serve, and stay comfortable.

No, there is absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed inside the studio. If anyone within your rental party is smoking or vaping, an additional fee will be added to your rental and you may not be able to rent the studio in the future.

No, animals are not allowed in the studio without prior consent of the studio manager. If you do bring in an animal and a mess is made, there is a $100 cleaning fee that will be charged. Service animals are allowed, per ADA requirements.
